The Kerala State Electricity Board will procure 300 MW of power for 25 years under a Solar Energy Corporation of India scheme to address peak demand.
Power supply will begin in 2028 at a tariff of ₹6.07 per unit, sourced from ACME Solar Holdings Ltd's renewable energy projects with energy storage.
The KSEB management approved the draft power sale agreement on September 14, which will be submitted to the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
