19-year-old law student Kaziah Liz Mejo from Kerala was crowned Miss Universe India 2026 at the grand finale held in Jaipur on August 23.
Mejo, who competed against 52 finalists, will now represent India at the 75th Miss Universe pageant scheduled to take place in Puerto Rico this November.
The jury for the event was led by Sushmita Sen and included former titleholders like Urvashi Rautela and Celina Jaitly, following a selection process that considered nearly 9,000 aspirants.
