ADIA-backed Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust is reportedly offloading a 1.7% stake for ₹2,047.4 crore at ₹682.45 per share.

Morgan Stanley is acting as the broker for the transaction, while the investor held a 9.77% stake at the end of the June quarter.
