Actor and OCI cardholder Imran Khan is set to move the Bombay High Court on October 16 to challenge an FRRO notice directing him to leave India.
The Mumbai FRRO notice alleges that Khan violated provisions of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, and ordered his departure by October 28.
His legal team from MZM Legal LLP confirmed they are preparing to approach the High Court on October 16 to seek an urgent hearing.
