The National Testing Agency (NTA) will re-conduct UGC-NET exams for English, Sociology, and Commerce following widespread complaints regarding question paper errors.
English and Commerce re-exams are scheduled for September 9, while the Sociology paper will be held on September 10, with no additional fees charged to candidates.
The decision follows a committee review that identified severe issues, including 67 repeated questions in English and 80 in Commerce, alongside multiple spelling and translation errors.
