North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited China on Saturday and inaugurated the New Yalu River Bridge connecting the two neighboring countries.
Kim met with senior Chinese official Wang Huning in Dandong, where both sides toured a car factory and agreed to expand practical economic cooperation.
The visit coincides with the anniversary of China entering the Korean War as Kim seeks to build a united front with Beijing and Moscow against the United States.
