Pakistan Shoots Down Eight Drones Amid Border Clashes With Afghanistan

Pakistani security forces shot down eight drones allegedly launched from Afghanistan after they entered airspace near Torkham and Kohat.

The incident occurred during fresh exchanges of fire following Pakistani airstrikes on September 21 that targeted Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan militant hideouts.

While Pakistan alleged militant support by the Afghan Taliban, Kabul denied attacking positions and reported three civilian deaths from the earlier airstrikes.
