PM Modi Highlights Climate Inequality at NGT International Conference

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated on Saturday that developing countries are unfairly blamed for carbon emissions.

Speaking in New Delhi, he noted that developed nations have six times higher per capita carbon emissions compared to India.

Modi added that India is the only G20 nation to fulfill its Paris climate commitments ahead of schedule.
