
Google has launched Chrome 151 Stable to fix seven security vulnerabilities, including a critical use-after-free flaw in Chromoting tracked as CVE-2026-76017 that could allow remote code execution.
The update is rolling out as version 151.0.7922.173/.174 for Windows and macOS, and version 151.0.7922.173 for Linux, addressing the bug first reported internally on June 11, 2026.
Google has restricted technical details of the flaw to protect users, while also patching six other high-severity vulnerabilities including CVE-2026-76018 and CVE-2026-76021 across various browser components.
