Apple raised prices across its older iPhone lineup in India—including the iPhone 16, 17e, and 17 Air—following the debut of the iPhone 18 Pro series and its first foldable iPhone Duo.
The price hikes are driven by rising global manufacturing costs and a memory chip shortage, with no accompanying hardware specification upgrades made to the older iPhone models.
Following the revision, the entry-level iPhone 17e starts at ₹79,900, the standard iPhone 17 begins at ₹99,900, and the ultra-slim iPhone Air starts at ₹1,49,900.
