Nilekani panel considers question vault and digital delivery to prevent leaks

A High Powered Task Force led by Nandan Nilekani is considering a secure question vault mechanism and last-minute digital delivery of question papers to prevent leaks.

The proposal involves maintaining a pool of over one lakh vetted questions and randomly drawing test sets moments before exams begin.

The task force plans to submit its final report by the end of October after holding over 58 stakeholder consultations.
