Jharkhand Students March to Assembly Demanding Exam Cancellations

Protesters marched toward the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on August 10, 2026, demanding a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations.

The state government previously cancelled the 14th JPSC preliminary and backlog exams held in 2023 and 2025, but students continue to protest for a CBI investigation into the JSSC-CGL exam.

The Enforcement Directorate has launched a probe under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act following a state police CID FIR regarding recruitment exam irregularities.
