Wearable technology company Oura has initiated its U.S. IPO roadshow, targeting a fully diluted valuation of roughly $15.62 billion and a Nasdaq listing under the ticker 'OURA'.
The company and select investors plan to sell up to 50 million shares priced between $40 and $44 each, aiming to raise approximately $2.2 billion at the top end.
Oura reported that its revenue surged 74 percent to about $1.21 billion for the nine months ended June 30, driven by growing demand for its screen-free health trackers and subscription memberships.
