Embassy Developments signed an MoU to sell an entire G+7 storey residential tower at Embassy Terazza in Juhu to Angel One CMD Dinesh Thakkar for ₹711 crore.
The luxury low-density development spans over two acres with around 50 residences and carries an estimated Gross Development Value exceeding ₹3,000 crore.
The transaction marks the largest single residential unit deal in the country, according to the real estate firm.
