The National Stock Exchange (NSE) IPO raised ₹22,562 crore, making it India's second-largest public offering, falling short of initial expectations to be the biggest.
The issue size was reduced due to merchant bankers advising a lower price, leading some investors to reduce their offers, with selling shareholders reluctantly agreeing.
The IPO received over ₹90,200 crore in demand, subscribed 5.71 times, with NSE shares set to trade starting Thursday.
