Viagra Ingredient Sildenafil May Slow Cancer Metastasis

Research published in Cancer Research suggests sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, may block cancer cells from accessing cholesterol needed to spread to other organs.

A study of five million medical records, including 40,000 cancer patients, found that men who used sildenafil had better overall survival rates than those who did not.
