Allu Aravind Defends Rashmika Mandanna's Casting in MS Subbulakshmi Biopic

Producer Allu Aravind defended casting Rashmika Mandanna as legendary Carnatic singer MS Subbulakshmi in the upcoming biopic M.S - A Legacy On Screen.

Addressing social media criticism favoring Vidya Balan for the role, Aravind stated at the film's launch that Subbulakshmi had spiritually chosen Mandanna for the part.

The pan-India biopic is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, features music by Anirudh Ravichander, and is produced by Geetha Arts and Rockline Entertainment.
