Sachin Bansal’s Navi Raises $100 Million from Prosus

Fintech startup Navi, founded by Sachin Bansal, raised $100 million from Prosus, valuing the Bengaluru-based company at approximately $1.3 billion.

The company reported revenue of ₹30.91 billion for the fiscal year ended March 2026, with a net loss of ₹4.66 billion.

Navi is currently preparing for an IPO to raise ₹30 billion, following a previous attempt to raise $440 million in 2022 that was abandoned due to market conditions.
