Composer Sargam Vaish accused the makers of Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia's film The Vvaan of using his song Aigiri Nandini in the trailer without permission.
Vaish warned that unauthorised usage could violate his existing signed contract with a major music label and demanded the song's removal.
Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures and TVF, the film is scheduled to release in theatres on September 25.
