Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren’s mother Roopi Soren passes away

Roopi Soren, mother of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, died following a prolonged illness at a private hospital in Ranchi on Wednesday.

Admitted to the Hill View Hospital & Research Centre on September 18, she had been placed on ventilator support prior to her passing.

Political leaders, including Babulal Marandi, Lalu Prasad, and Health Minister Irfan Ansari, expressed their condolences to the bereaved Soren family.
