ADIA-backed investor to sell 1.7% Lenskart stake via block deal

Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust is reportedly selling a 1.7% stake in Lenskart Solutions through a block deal valued at approximately ₹2,047.4 crore.

The deal is priced at ₹682.45 per share, reflecting a 3.5% discount to the stock’s Friday closing price of ₹707.20.

Morgan Stanley is managing the transaction, with the investor agreeing to a 90-day lock-in period regarding any further sale of shares.
