Real estate CEO David Morton, his wife, and two daughters were injured during a violent home invasion at their residence in Toronto's Bridle Path neighbourhood on Thursday.
Three masked intruders broke into the multi-million-dollar home at around 3:45 am, demanding valuables and attacking the family with gunfire and hammers.
Morton and his daughters suffered gunshot wounds while fighting off the attackers, with local police keeping the active investigation ongoing.
