
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has received regulatory approval for an IPO expected to raise ₹30,000 crore, potentially becoming India's largest public offering to date.
The issue will consist of an offer for sale of up to 149 million equity shares, representing approximately 6% of the exchange's paid-up capital.
The book-building process is expected to commence on September 11, 2026, with the stock market debut likely occurring in the week beginning September 21.
