The United States and China finalised a $30 billion tariff agreement covering US agricultural goods and Chinese appliances, alongside plans to establish a trade council.
The agreement follows a Washington summit between US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, marking Xi's first visit to the US since 2015.
Both nations also agreed to launch a dialogue on artificial intelligence with talks scheduled for November and established a channel to communicate regarding AI incidents.
