Delhi High Court seeks Salman Khan's response on Kala Hiran producer plea

The Delhi High Court sought actor Salman Khan's response on Tuesday to a plea by Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy producer Amit Jani seeking to stay proceedings in the actor's suit.

Producer Amit Jani argued that Khan's fresh lawsuit concerning the film's proposed release amounts to parallel litigation overlapping with an earlier personality rights suit.

The High Court previously issued an interim order on December 11, 2025, protecting Khan's personality rights and restraining the filmmakers from commercial exploitation of his identity.
