San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Trent Williams was initially ruled questionable with a neck stinger during Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals before returning to the sidelines.
Williams temporarily left the field on a cart early in the third quarter following medical evaluation in the locker room.
Teammate Mike Evans was ruled out for the remainder of the match in the second quarter after sustaining a rib injury that included three receptions for 34 yards and a touchdown.
