IIT Mandi Launches 'Science on Wheels' Programme In Himachal Pradesh

IIT Mandi has introduced the 'Science on Wheels' programme in Himachal Pradesh to promote practical science education among school students from Classes 6 to 12.

Launched on October 17 in collaboration with Plaksha University and the IDYM Foundation, the initiative provides interactive six-hour learning modules covering space technology, robotics, and water filtration.

Supported by the Department of Science and Technology, the programme aims to expand from reaching over 7,500 students in other states to cover 50 schools across five Himachal Pradesh districts.
