Actor Upasana Singh assumed charge as the president of CINTAA on October 27 following a court ruling in favour of her faction.
Singh alleged that fixed deposits worth ₹73 lakh belonging to the association were broken and illicitly transferred to a Punjab National Bank account.
The new committee's priorities include recovering the transferred funds and addressing payment delays for member artists.
