Lovlina Borgohain wins historic gold medal at Asian Games

Indian pugilist Lovlina Borgohain won a gold medal on her 29th birthday by defeating China's Bao Ziyi 5-0 in the final at the Asian Games.

The victory makes her only the second Indian woman boxer to win an Asian Games gold, joining Mary Kom who won in 2014.

Borgohain dominated the bout after taking a close 3-2 opening round and securing the next two rounds by identical 4-1 margins.
