
Three Indian Institutes of Management placed in the global top 100 of the QS Global Full-Time MBA Rankings 2027 registered declines compared to the previous year.
IIM Bangalore dropped to 64th and IIM Ahmedabad fell to 70th, while IIM Calcutta recorded the sharpest decline among them by dropping from 64th to 95th place.
QS noted that Indian business schools encountered stronger international competition across Return on Investment, Entrepreneurship, Alumni Outcomes, and Diversity metrics.
