Nvidia invests $3 billion in Meta to deepen AI partnership

Nvidia announced a $3 billion investment in Meta's equity offering as part of a deepened partnership to collaborate on the Muse AI assistant and related models.

Meta's Muse models and agents will run on Nvidia infrastructure and integrate with the chipmaker's tools to improve performance and reduce operating costs.

Meta separately increased its equity offering to $97.5 billion to accelerate infrastructure investments for its AI personal superintelligence initiatives.
