A 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck near Hermosa Beach, California, on Sunday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The epicenter was located about 3.7 miles from Hermosa Beach, causing strong tremors across Southern California, including Los Angeles.
Tremors were also strongly felt in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Gardena, and Long Beach.
