Thirty people were killed on Thursday when Russian forces struck two passenger buses in Kramatorsk, near the frontline in eastern Ukraine, according to local authorities.
The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office stated that eighteen people were wounded in the morning attack.
The governor's office confirmed the same death toll and announced that public transport had been suspended.
