Suspected IED blast rocks village along LoC in Poonch

A powerful blast rocked a forward village in the Krishna Ghati sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district on Monday.

Officials suspected that an improvised explosive device exploded as security in the region was heightened, news agency PTI reported.

The incident occurred in the Satwal-Naki area as people moved along the LoC, with casualties reported and circumstances under investigation.
