An entity calling itself Cyberleek leaked gameplay clips and the map for Rockstar Games' upcoming title Grand Theft Auto VI, which is scheduled for release on November 19.
The breach follows a 28-year franchise history, with the hacker claiming the leak is a protest against the gaming industry's shift toward digital-only releases and unfinished games.
Take-Two Interactive's stock price fell on Wednesday following the leak, while the hacker has been soliciting cryptocurrency donations from visitors to their website.
