Samsung has introduced a new feature allowing Galaxy device users in India to authenticate UPI transactions using a fingerprint.
Users can now authorize eligible UPI payments of up to ₹10,000 using the onboard biometric sensor, eliminating the need to manually enter a UPI PIN.
Samsung states that biometric verification is processed locally on the device and is protected by its Knox security platform.
