The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) will proceed with a three-day nationwide strike starting September 28.
The strike is primarily over the delayed implementation of a five-day banking week, agreed upon in a March 2024 settlement.
Unions are also demanding modifications to the Performance Linked Incentive scheme and resolution of pending service issues.
