The Supreme Court on Wednesday stayed the corruption investigation against former Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T, and son-in-law P A Mohamed Riyas for one week.
The court granted the trio permission to challenge a single-judge High Court order, which had denied them the right to be heard before the registration of an FIR.
The case involves allegations that CMRL paid Rs 2.78 crore to Veena’s firm, Exalogic Solutions, under the guise of IT consultancy services.
