IIT Bombay has rescheduled mid-semester examinations from September 26-27 to October 10-11 due to an ongoing probe into a student's death.
The student's parents allege caste-based discrimination and have demanded action against a professor and the institute director.
A newly formed committee will consult students to revise examination invigilation procedures and ensure a more student-friendly approach.
