India and Bhutan Review Bilateral Ties During EAM Visit

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay during his visit to Bhutan.

The two nations reviewed multifaceted cooperation, including a ₹4,000 crore concessional Line of Credit agreement for energy projects in Bhutan.

India also handed over 54 electric vehicles and inaugurated the Gyaltsuen Jetsun Pema Mother and Child Hospital in Mongar.
