Police arrested a woman in Kerala's Palakkad district after she confessed to drowning her five-year-old daughter and three-year-old son in a bathroom water tub.
The children, Jennifer Juliet and Robin Christopher, were found dead at their rented home in Menonpara around 10:30 am on Tuesday while their father was away at work.
Police stated that the accused confessed during questioning that she killed the children because they were a hindrance to her desire to study and pursue a modelling career.
