A Microsoft AI model using a step-by-step diagnostic orchestrator proved more than twice as accurate as general physicians at solving complex medical cases.

Published in Science, the study showed the tool successfully coordinated patient questions and lab orders to diagnose over 300 unusual medical dilemmas.
