A US federal court dismissed a copyright lawsuit filed against BTS and their agency Big Hit Music after the complainant failed to establish a valid legal case.
Melissa Mays had claimed the group used her unreleased songs without consent, but the Eastern District of Virginia court ruled in favour of the defendants on October 22.
A separate US copyright case regarding the song 'Swim' remains underway, with Big Hit Music strongly denying allegations of composition copying.
