The filmmaker, known for hits like Judwaa and Biwi No. 1, has directed Salman Khan in 8-9 films throughout their long-standing professional and personal relationship.
Dhawan's most recent directorial work, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, was released on June 5, 2026, and starred Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde.
