The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 4-1 in Game 5 to win their first World Series championship.
Ace Jacob Misiorowski pitched 5 2/3 scoreless innings, and rookie Cooper Pratt contributed two hits and two RBIs.
The victory ends a 58-season drought for the franchise, which previously reached the World Series in 1982.
