THE BRIEF
1

Stablepharma's SPVX02, a fridge-free tetanus-diphtheria vaccine, successfully completed a Phase I trial involving 60 healthy adults at the University Hospital Southampton.

2

The vaccine demonstrated stability at 30°C for at least two years and remained potent after three cycles of temperature fluctuations between -20°C and +40°C.

3

Following the successful trial, the company launched a Phase IIb study in June 2026 and is now exploring the platform for hepatitis B and HPV vaccine candidates.
