A Bengaluru-based full-stack developer secured an SDE-3 position at AlgoLeap in Hyderabad with a salary package of ₹30 lakh per annum after a seven-month job search.
The candidate completed 36 technical interviews and numerous HR calls, facing rejections from companies like Fractal and Wells Fargo before accepting the final offer.
The developer, who specialises in Python, React, AWS, and Generative AI, plans to relocate to Hyderabad to resume supporting his family financially.
