US President Trump Hosts Chinese President Xi at State Dinner

US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan, for a state dinner at the White House on Thursday.

Prominent US technology leaders, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, attended the banquet.

Guests were served a three-course meal featuring yellow squash velouté, sesame-crusted sea bass, and vanilla crémeux with honey ice cream from the White House.
