Singer Kailash Kher sold a 2,619 sq ft commercial office space in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex to Lakewater Retail Private Limited for ₹10.75 crore.
Kher had purchased the property in the Trade Centre building 10 months prior in November for ₹10.50 crore.
The transaction yielded a gross consideration difference of ₹25 lakh, or approximately 2.4% price appreciation before accounting for taxes and stamp duty.
