The makers of Jailer 2 released the first look of Vidya Balan as Kantha, showing her in a blue sari holding a cigarette and facing off against Rajinikanth.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, the sequel brings back cast members from the 2023 hit.
Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, and Mirnaa reprise their respective roles as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian and supporting characters in the upcoming film.
